60th Reunion Checklist

  1. Check out the schedule for the 60th Reunion by CLICKING HERE!
  2. Secure hotel reservations (Westin CLICK HERE, Residence or Fairfield CLICK HERE)
  3. Yard Access for USNA66 Reunion Attendees:
    1. Adults 18 and older must present valid and current government-issued photo IDs including military IDs, Department of War IDs, REAL ID-compliant state IDs, enhanced driver’s licenses from certain states, or U.S. passports. Minors accompanied by adults with valid credentials generally do not need IDs.
    2. Foreign nationals vetting: International visitors including alumni, spouses, and lawful permanent residents must undergo pre-clearance and background checks via NCIS and DBIDS at least three (3) weeks before visiting. All foreign nationals must complete DBIDS pre-enrollment online at:  https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#/landing-page. For detailed submission instructions and coordination, contact Wendy Owen at wendy.owen@usna.com.
    3. Access & Entry Points:
      1. Chartered buses and group transports must enter through Gate 1 where all passengers must disembark and undergo security screening in the Visitors Center. After screening, passengers may re-board for transport to the designated drop-off point (e.g., Alumni Hall, Worden Field, etc.) We realize that this may be difficult for some passengers, but there is no alternative to all visitors being screened before entering the Yard.
      2. ADA accommodations allow vehicles with valid disability placards to enter with proper documentation and ID as noted above.
  4. Register to shop at the Mid Store (CLICK HERE for instructions)
  5. Log-in to the special reunion registration website HERE by using your email address and password from the 55th +1 reunion. There is a “Forgot Password” link if needed.
  6. Log-in and:
    • If you are bringing your spouse and/or a guest, DO THIS FIRST: Register them by clicking on the blue box “Add Guest(s).

    • then Register for the specific reunion events. If attending the Banquet on Friday night, 2 October, be sure to select your entree by 1 September.
      NOTE: please be sure to proceed to the end and enter your payment information. You have the option to pay the full amount or you can be billed in installments. You will not be fully registered until you complete the payment information.
  7. Encourage your Company and other Classmates to register (note: the reports below are updated frequently).
    1. Click HERE – most recent list of registrations in Alphabetical Order.(a/o 1 Sept)
    2. Click HERE – registrations sorted by Company/Battalion.(a/o 1 Sept)
  8. Check with your Company mates and plan to meet for dinner either Thursday after the welcome reception or on Saturday night after the Tailgate.
    1. NOTE: you may want to try to organize a Company photo opp. There will be a photographer and room available during the Class Banquet on Friday night.
  9. Please encourage your Company mates/widows to attend. Carpe diem!
