Shopping at Mid Store 2026

If you’re planning a visit to the Midshipmen Store (located in Bancroft Hall), please know there are 3 ways to purchase items in 2026:

Follow the Law of the 7 P’s! Please complete one of these options BEFORE Reunion Weekend!

#2 Midshipmen Store Card:
Click this link Shop for REAL Navy Gear at the USNA Midshipmen Store
and scroll down page until you see the image on the right. Click on the Navy Blue “Sign Up” box to access the Midshipment Store Authorized Patron Card application.

Complete and submit the “Midshipmen Store Authorized Patron Card” application.

After a few days you will receive an email letting you know your store card is available to collect.

The card is collected from the Admin Office: head up the small flight of stairs when you first go into the store. Go through the shoe area to the back left where you will find the Admin Office Door. The card can be collected anytime the store is open.

  • #3 Lifetime Membership Card (least preferred option)
    Step 1. Click this link Home – www.usna.com and locate the person icon (see yellow arrow in upper right).

Click on the Sign in option or Sign up for an account– New Users Registration- if you have never accessed your details online. Account sign up takes 48 hours to activate and you will receive an email when it is complete.

Once logged in click again on the little head and shoulds icon and select “My Profile and Settings”.

Click on Download Membership Card.
Download and Print Card.

In a worst-case scenario, if none of this is completed in advance, individuals can sign up in store when they visit. However, it is much quicker to complete the process online and collect the card, rather than queuing for same-day applications.
